Safety Guidelines

  • You may experience some discomfort, such as a tingling sensation or minor bleeding, when using this product for the first time. Start by using the Sensitive Mode for one to two weeks to allow your teeth to adjust. If the discomfort persists beyond two weeks, it may indicate an abnormality in your gums. In this case, or if you experience any other discomfort, you should stop using this toothbrush and consult your dentist.
  • If you are undergoing dental treatment—such as orthodontic treatment, dental restorations, or dental implants—please use this product under the guidance of your dentist.
  • This product is intended solely for brushing teeth. Do not use it for any purpose other than oral hygiene. Please use accessories such as chargers and brush heads manufactured by Erigo.
  • Individuals with physical, sensory, or mental disabilities or impairments must be supervised or guided by another person when using this product. Do not allow children to play with this product.
  • Do not place the toothbrush where it could fall. If it falls, immediately check the product for damage to ensure its waterproof performance. If you are unsure, please contact the after-sales service center.
  • Do not modify or repair the product yourself, as these actions may result in fire, electric shock, or other injuries.
  • The charging dock must be powered by a power source with an output voltage of 5V DC.

Keep it clean

This product is fully waterproof and easy to clean; please do not leave it submerged for long periods of time. Please return it to its base after use.

The wireless charging stand is resistant to everyday splashes. To clean it, unplug the charging cable and wipe it down with a damp cloth. Wait until it is completely dry before plugging the charging cable back in. Do not submerge the stand completely in water.

How to Charge

Remove the silicone plug from the back of the base and plug in the power cord. Place the main unit into the base; the white status light will begin to flash.

A single full charge provides approximately 45 to 60 days of battery life.

When the red indicator light flashes to indicate low voltage, please recharge the device promptly; the light will turn off once charging is complete.

Ailigo offers three different bristle hardnesses to suit the needs of different people.

We recommend using the Sensitive or Clean brush heads for daily use, and the Polishing brush head once a week to thoroughly remove plaque.

Summary of the Three-Year Limited Warranty

The Ailigo M1 2nd Generation Electric Toothbrush is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. For any malfunctions of the main unit (including the motor, battery, electronic control unit, and charging base) that occur within three years from the date of product receipt, you are eligible for our free replacement warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse. In accordance with the warranty policy provided in the Ailigo Electronics user manual, when you submit a valid claim under this warranty policy, Ailigo will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund your hardware device.

Model Overview and Assembly Instructions

Replace the brush head

Insert the brush head vertically into the metal connecting rod with the bristles facing the control buttons. When there is about 2 millimeters of space remaining, press down firmly (no need to rotate). Once you hear a click, the assembly is complete (a working gap of about 0.8 mm between the brush head and the body is normal). When replacing the brush head, hold it firmly and apply pressure to release the safety latch before gently pulling it out.

*Be sure to check the orientation before installing the brush head. Incorrect orientation may damage the latch; do not force it into place.

Gear/Battery Indicator Light

The indicator light flashes when the device is turned on and operating normally;

Blue flash: Low speed; White flash: High speed;

Red flash + vibration: Please charge the device promptly;

While charging, the light flashes white; once charging is complete, the white indicator light will remain steady.

Control Button (Power On/Mode Selection/Power Off)

Power On: Press briefly to turn on; the device starts up gradually for the first three seconds.

Speed Setting: Within 5 seconds of powering on, press briefly to change the speed setting; the timer resets to 2 minutes after changing settings.

Power Off: Press briefly to turn off the device 5 seconds after powering on;

Mode Memory: If you turn off the device after using a mode for more than 5 seconds, that mode will be selected by default the next time you turn it on;

Clean Mode: For daily cleaning; effectively removes plaque;

Sensitive Mode: Gentle cleaning that cares for your gums.

* Note

This toothbrush features an engineering mode for convenient factory testing. This mode is activated only by pressing and holding the power button for at least 3 seconds. In engineering mode, the toothbrush will disable the 2-minute timer, and the red and white indicator lights will flash alternately for 60 minutes. If you accidentally activate this mode, simply press the power button briefly to turn it off.

1. Ensure the charging base is dry when it is plugged in; do not charge it in a damp environment.

2. If the product will not be used for an extended period, unplug the charging base.

3. This product contains a built-in battery; do not place it in fire to heat it, or charge, use, or store it in high temperatures.

4. If this product is damaged due to a fall or other factors, please stop using it.

5. Keep this product away from strong electromagnetic fields (such as induction cooktops) while charging.

Waste Disposal Methods

When the appliance reaches the end of its useful life, do not dispose of it with regular household waste. The rechargeable battery built into this product may contain substances that can pollute the environment. Before disposing of this product or taking it to a government-designated recycling center, be sure to remove the battery first and take it to a government-designated battery recycling center. If you are unable to remove the battery, please take the product to an Ailigo Service Center, where staff will remove the battery for you and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner.

1. When removing the battery, the device must be unplugged. To completely discharge the rechargeable battery, remove the handle from the charger and do not recharge it. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to enter discharge mode, and let it run until it stops. Repeat this step until you can no longer turn the device on.

2. First, heat the metal casing to 80°C. Then, insert a flathead screwdriver into the seam between the metal casing and the silicone casing of the toothbrush handle, pry the metal casing open with force, and remove it.

3. Secure the toothbrush handle in an upside-down position, pry open the latch at the bottom, and remove the motor bracket from inside the handle.

4. Insert the flathead screwdriver beneath the circuit board next to the battery connector on the motor bracket to disconnect the wires. Remove the circuit board, then pry the battery loose from its plastic holder. Once the battery is removed, do not reconnect the device to a power source.

Remove the rechargeable battery (*Please note that this action cannot be undone.)
